Meet Salsa Lisa!
Hello!
Salsa Lisa began after an unexpected tomato bounty in my backyard garden when I was a student at the University of Minnesota. Encouraged by the enthusiastic response of friends and family, I started selling my garden salsas at the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market during the summer months. The reception was so positive that I focused on the growing salsa business after graduation, perfecting recipes and building a facility where the salsas could be produced year-round.
Today we continue to produce Salsa Lisa with that same dedication and hand-crafted care using those same perfected recipes and combinations of fresh ingredients. And while we’ve expanded our salsa varieties, our facility and our reach, the salsas are still custom produced in small batches and made with pride. Our commitment to quality is unwavering and shows in everything we do and every salsa we make. Good salsa makes life better and this is good salsa!
